Louise finally swims P.B!

Louise competed in her first long course gala of the season in Cardiff International Pool. Her first event was a 200m butterfly. She swam 2.50.43 which was a 1 second PB (I know it doesn't sound much but its my first butterfly PB in 2 years!) Here's hoping there is more to come. More updates to follow later.

The kids have a lie in!!!

We arrived through puddles and thunder stroms, soup and sandwiches on arrival, wow what a great Team Manager!

A great start, and that's not just the cooked breakfast, they even served egg white scrambled egg!!

The first race of the day produced a PB and Gold Medal for Leigh Higgins, which set the standard for the day so far, session one has finished

Less Than 4 Days To Go....

Swimmers and Parents are looking forward with nervous anticipation, to competing at the Welsh Capital Junior Development Gala. For many this will be their first taste of competing in GB and on behalf of Templemore ASC we wish them all the very best success. For most any time achieved will be a personal best, as swimming and competing in a 50 metre pool will be a whole new experience.
